How a contingency case flows

Owner checks a parcel
An owner runs the free assessment check or is referred and opts into the contingency model.

Case is matched
We route the case to a partner licensed and active in that county, by property type and workload.

Partner builds and files
The partner reviews the generated evidence, signs the agent appointment and files with the board.

Savings are shared
After the final order, the owner pays a 20% to 25% share of first-year realized savings. Nothing is due if there is no reduction.
Partner questions
Who can become a fulfillment partner?
Consultants and attorneys who meet the licensing or registration rules in the counties they serve, for example a Texas Property Tax Consultant registration with TDLR, or an Illinois attorney license for Cook County Board of Review filings by entities.
Does ATALI ELECTRIC take a share of the contingency fee?
Partner economics are set in each partner agreement. Owners see one contingency percentage and never pay a separate software fee under the hybrid model.
Does ATALI ELECTRIC represent owners?
No. ATALI ELECTRIC does not practice law or provide representation before boards or courts. Partners represent owners under their own licenses.
